Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's business goals and marketing objectives.
- Manage and curate content across all social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) to enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to create targeted campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and maximization of reach.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and strategies to keep our social media presence ahead of the curve.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and growth opportunities.
- Organize and lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and campaigns.
- Manage a team of content creators and graphic designers to bring compelling visuals and narratives to our audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a corporate setting or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of growing social media profiles and engagement metrics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their demographics, and how to optimize content for each channel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficient in analytics tools to measure and report on social media performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to think creatively and critically, with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in sponsorship marketing or brand partnerships is a plus.
